The solution to our current problems, and the calmer future when it arrives, will not take the form of regulatory spam with thousands of compliance tick boxes, which, as we now know, causes it to be pushed off to specialist departments to do the ticking, without proper ‘hands-on’ at board level.
Die Lösung für unsere derzeitigen Probleme und eine ruhigere Zukunft – wenn es dann soweit ist – wird nicht die Form von regulatorischem Spam mit Tausenden von anzukreuzenden Kästchen für die Regeleinhaltung annehmen, denn dies führt – wie wir ja bereits wissen – nur dazu, dass diese Aufgabe an Sonderabteilungen delegiert wird und man sich ihrer nicht selbst annimmt.
