Asks the Commission to give special consideration to developing marine-based renewable energies (offshore wind, wave power, tidal) in particular in the North Sea, the Baltic Sea, the Irish Sea and the Mediterranean, and solar, in particular in the Mediterranean region, so as to ensure that these resources are included in the 2007 road map on renewable energy sources and are fully and rapidly developed;
47. fordert die Kommission auf, den Ausbau von auf dem Meer beruhenden erneuerbaren Energiequellen (Offshore-Windkraftanlagen, Wellen- und Gezeitenkraftwerke), vor allem in der Nordsee, der Ostsee, der Irischen See und im Mittelmeer, und von Sonnenenergie, gerade im Mittelmeerraum, besonders wichtig zu nehmen, um sicherzustellen, dass diese Energiequellen in den Fahrplan für erneuerbare Energiequellen von 2007 aufgenommen und ihre Nutzung voll und rasch ausgebaut wird;
