It is necessary to set out prohibitions and special requirements, similar to those set out for the Union territory, in respect of the introduction into, and movement within, protected zones of plants, plant products and other objects that would pose a risk of an unacceptable level due to their likelihood of hosting the respective protected zone quarantine pest.
Es sind Verbote und besondere Anforderungen — ähnlich wie für das Gebiet der Union — in Bezug auf das Einführen von Pflanzen, Pflanzenerzeugnissen und anderen Gegenständen, von denen aufgrund der Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass sie einem Schutzgebiet-Quarantäneschädling als Wirt dienen, ein nicht hinnehmbares Risiko ausgeht, in Schutzgebiete bzw. deren Verbringung innerhalb von Schutzgebieten festzulegen.
