Beschließt ein Hostingdiensteanbieter, einen bei ihm gespeicherten Inhalt zu entfernen oder zu sperren, weil er ihn als illegal erachtet, wobei es nicht darauf ankommt, welche Mittel zur Erkennung, Feststellung und Entfernung oder Sperrung dieses Inhalts verwendet werden, und sind dem Hostingdiensteanbieter die Kontaktdaten des Inhalteanbieters bekannt, sollte er den Inhalteanbieter ohne ungebührliche Verzögerung in angemessener Weise über die Entscheidung und die Gründe dafür sowie über die unter Nummer 11 genannte Möglichkeit eines Widerspruchs gegen diese Entscheidung in Kenntnis setzen.
