3. ACP States undertaking or contemplating reform at the macroeconomic or sectoral level shall be eligible for structural adjustment assistance, giving consideration to the regional context, their effectiveness and the likely impact on the economic, social and political dimension of development and on economic and social hardships being experienced.
(3) AKP-Staaten, die Reformen auf gesamtwirtschaftlicher oder auf Sektorebene durchführen oder planen, kommen für eine Strukturanpassungshilfe in Betracht, bei der dem regionalen Zusammenhang, der Effizienz der Reformen und ihren voraussichtlichen Auswirkungen auf die wirtschaftliche, soziale und politische Entwicklung sowie auf die wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Probleme dieser Staaten Rechnung getragen wird.
