The Commission shall submit twice a year, the first time in April or May (together with the documents accompanying the draft budget) and the second time in December or January (after the adoption of the general budget of the Union), a complete financial programming for headings 1 (except the sub-heading for ‘Economic, social and territorial cohesion’), 2 (for ‘environment’ and ‘fisheries’ only), 3 and 4 of the MFF.
Die Kommission legt zweimal jährlich, erstmals im April oder Mai (zusammen mit den Begleitdokumenten zum Entwurf des Haushaltsplans) und sodann im Dezember oder Januar (nach Annahme des Gesamthaushaltsplans der Union) eine vollständige Finanzplanung für die Rubriken 1 (mit Ausnahme der Teilrubrik „Wirtschaftlicher, sozialer und territorialer Zusammenhalt“), 2 (nur „Umwelt“ und „Fischerei“), 3 und 4 des MFR vor.
