Regrets that the Court of Auditors identified weaknesses in the supervisory and control systems of France, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania for rural development and that the three elements audited were affected by deficiencies: i.e. the administrative and control systems to ensure correct payment, the control systems based on physical on-the-spot checks, and systems to ensure implementation and control of cross-compliance;
167. bedauert, dass seitens des Rechnungshofs Mängel in den Überwachungs- und Kontrollsystemen Frankreichs, Schwedens, Deutschlands, Polens, Bulgariens und Rumäniens für die Entwicklung des ländlichen Raums festgestellt wurden und dass die vom Rechnungshof geprüften drei Komponenten, d. h. die Verwaltungs- und Kontrollsysteme zur Sicherstellung korrekter Zahlungen, die auf Kontrollen an Ort und Stelle basierenden Kontrollsysteme und die Systeme zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Kontrolle der Cross-Compliance, Unzulänglichkeiten aufwiesen;
