I do not actually find in it – although you will perhaps return to this later – any reference to mobility in Europe, about the need for us not only to sort out the financial services issue, but also that of qualifications, and to ensure that a migrant worker or tradesman feels at home in Europe.
Was ich darin praktisch vermisse – aber vielleicht kommen Sie später noch darauf zurück –, ist jeglicher Hinweis auf die Mobilität in Europa, darauf, dass wir nicht nur die Frage der Finanzdienstleistungen, sondern auch jene der Qualifikationen regeln müssen, damit sich ein Wanderarbeitnehmer oder Gewerbetreibender in Europa zu Hause fühlen kann.
