The policy is illustrated, in particular, by the measures taken to develop winter sports activities: instead of building more ski lifts and extending the ski slopes, the authorities have decided to concentrate on the ice-skating segment of the market and to develop cross-country skiing while at the same time improving the quality of the existing facilities.
Zum Ausdruck kommt diese Politik insbesondere durch den Ausbau des Winterangebots, bei dem sich die Verantwortlichen dafür entschieden haben, nicht etwa weitere Liftanlagen zu erbauen und das Skigebiet zu vergrößern, sondern sich stattdessen auf das Marktsegment Eislaufen und den Langlauf zu konzentrieren, dabei aber die vorhandenen Anlagen qualitativ aufzuwerten.
