HEIs should develop better services to send and receive international students or researchers, including individual counselling to advise on career paths and to facilitate integration into the city/region/country, with language training where appropriate. HEIs should compare and upgrade curricula with peer institutions to improve teaching and to strengthen institutional leadership and management.
Die Hochschuleinrichtungen sollten ihre Angebote zur Entsendung und Aufnahme internationaler Studierender oder Wissenschaftler verbessern, u. a. durch individuelle Laufbahnberatung, persönliche Unterstützung bei der Integration in die Stadt/die Region/das Land und gegebenenfalls Sprachunterricht.
