1. Only the requirements of Articles 3(1), 4(1) and 7(1) shall apply to the slaughtering of poultry, rabbits and hares on the farm for the purpose of directly supplying small quantities of meat by the producer to the final consumer or to local retail establishments supplying such meat directly to the final consumer as fresh meat, provided that the number of animals slaughtered on the farm does not exceed the maximum number of animals to be established in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 25(2).
(1) Auf die Schlachtung von Geflügel, Kaninchen und Hasen im landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb im Hinblick auf die direkte Abgabe kleiner Mengen Fleischs durch den Erzeuger an den Endverbraucher oder lokale Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, die dieses Fleisch unmittelbar an den Endverbraucher als Frischfleisch abgeben, finden ausschließlich die Artikel 3 Absatz 1, 4 Absatz 1 und 7 Absatz 1 Anwendung, sofern die Zahl der im landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb geschlachteten Tiere die Höchstzahl von Tieren nicht übersteigt, die nach dem Verfahren gemäß Artikel 25 Absatz 2 festzulegen ist.
