– (FR) Madam President, you are going to think me bad-tempered, but I feel that such important reports, such important resolutions voted on by so few Members – and it is not those who are here, of course, who are to blame – frankly, I find the situation hopeless and, really, I do question our credibility.
– (FR) Frau Präsidentin! Sie werden denken, dass ich schlechte Laune habe; doch ich bin der Meinung, dass so wichtige Berichte, so wichtige Entschließungen, über die von so wenigen Abgeordneten abgestimmt wird – wobei die Schuld natürlich nicht bei denjenigen zu suchen ist, die anwesend sind – offen gesagt finde ich die Situation frustrierend, und ich stelle unsere Glaubwürdigkeit wirklich in Frage.
