1. When a bureau or the agent it has appointed for the purpose has settled all claims arising out of the same accident it shall send, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the last payment made in favour of an injured party, by fax or e-mail to the member of the bureau which issued the Green Card or policy of insurance or, if appropriate, to the bureau concerned a demand for reimbursement specifying:

Wenn ein Büro oder der Vertreter, den es zu diesem Zweck ernannt hat, alle Ansprüche reguliert hat, die aus ein und demselben Unfall herrühren, wird es innerhalb der Frist von einem Jahr, gerechnet ab dem Tag der letzten Zahlung an den Geschädigten, per Fax oder E-Mail an das Mitglied des Büros, das die Grüne Karte bzw. die Versicherungspolice ausgestellt hat, oder an das betreffende Büro einen Rückerstattungsantrag richten, in dem Folgendes aufgeführt ist:
