1. Member States shall inspect, in accordance with their national authorities and legislation and consistent with international law, in particular the law of the sea and relevant international civil aviation agreements, all cargo to and from Libya, in their territory, including their seaports and airports, if they have information that provides reasonable grounds to believe that the cargo contains items the supply, sale, transfer or export of which is prohibited under this Decision.
(1) Die Mitgliedstaaten überprüfen nach Maßgabe ihrer nationalen Befugnisse und Rechtsvorschriften und im Einklang mit dem Völkerrecht, insbesondere dem Seerecht und den einschlägigen internationalen Übereinkünften auf dem Gebiet der Zivilluftfahrt, in ihrem Hoheitsgebiet, einschließlich See- und Flughäfen, alle Ladungen auf dem Weg nach oder aus Libyen, falls sie über Informationen verfügen, die hinreichende Gründe für die Annahme liefern, dass eine solche Ladung Gegenstände enthält, deren Lieferung, Verkauf, Weitergabe oder Ausfuhr nach diesem Beschluss untersagt ist.
