In Belgium, the German-speaking Community is planning the establishment by teachers and pupils of a website devoted to Belgian cinema, enabling young people to discover their country's cinema and to present it to schools in other countries in Europe and in other continents, while the French-speaking Community is organising a cinema and video festival with the theme of "images of tomorrow", where young artistes will present their creations using video. For schools, a competition is planned on image and the cinema.
