(3) Sind nach Rechtsakten der Union Meldeformalitäten vorgeschrieben, und in dem Umfang, in dem dies für das gute Funktionieren des einzigen Fensters nach Absatz 1 notwendig ist, müssen die elektronischen Systeme nach Absatz 1 mit dem gemäß der Richtlinie 2002/59/EG eingerichteten SafeSeaNet sowie, soweit anwendbar, mit den in der Entscheidung Nr. 70/2008/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 15. Januar 2008 über ein papierloses Arbeitsumfeld für Zoll und Handel (16) vorgesehenen IT-Systemen interoperabel und kompatibel sein und von diesen Systemen aus zugänglich sein.
