The project being proposed will address - at the selective example of the dairy sector- the wider issues of economic reform such as restructuring of public dairy corporations and state farms, initiating modern forms of economic organisations amongst private dairy farmers through appropriate forms of co-operatives, and through facilitating trade and investment with and by European SMEs in the Chinese dairy and food sector.
Das vorgeschlagene Projekt soll am Beispiel der Milchwirtschaft weiterreichende Fragen der Wirtschaftsreform in Angriff nehmen, wie die Umstrukturierung der staatlichen Milchwirtschaftsbetriebe und Staatsgüter, die Einführung moderner wirtschaftlicher Organisationsformen wie beispielsweise geeignete Formen von Genossenschaften von privaten Viehhaltern und Förderung des Handels mit europäischen KMU sowie die Gewinnung von Investoren für den chinesischen Milchwirtschaftssektor und die Nahrungsmittelindustrie.
