The products in respect of which registration is sought are in class 3 of the Nice Agreement concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purpose of the Registration of Marks of 15 June 1957, as revised and amended, and correspond to the description: ‘washing and bleaching preparations and other substances for laundry use; cleaning, polishing, scouring and abrasive preparations; preparations for the washing, cleaning and care of dishes; soaps; perfumery, essential oils, cosmetics, hair lotions; dentifrices’.
Die Waren, für die die Eintragung der Marke begehrt wird, gehören zu Klasse 3 im Sinne des Abkommens von Nizza über die internationale Klassifikation von Waren und Dienstleistungen für die Eintragung von Marken vom 15. Juni 1957 in seiner revidierten und geänderten Fassung und entsprechen folgender Beschreibung: „Wasch- und Bleichmittel; Putz-, Polier-, Fettentfernungs- und Schleifmittel; Mittel zum Waschen, Reinigen und Pflegen von Geschirr; Seifen; Parfümerien, ätherische Öle, Mittel zur Körper- und Schönheitspflege, Haarwässer; Zahnputzmittel“.
