Operations shall not be subject to an audit by the Commission or the audit authority in any year if there has already been an audit in that year by the European Court of Auditors, provided that the results of the audit work performed by the European Court of Auditors for such operations can be used by the audit authority or the Commission for the purpose of fulfilling their respective tasks.
Die Vorhaben werden in einem Jahr, in dem der Europäische Rechnungshof bereits eine Prüfung durchgeführt hat, weder von der Kommission noch von der Prüfbehörde einer Prüfung unterzogen, sofern die Ergebnisse der Prüftätigkeit, die vom Europäischen Rechnungshof für solche Vorhaben durchgeführt wurde, von der Prüfbehörde oder der Kommission zur Erfüllung ihrer jeweiligen Aufgaben genutzt werden können.
