Den Untersuchungsführern ist u. a. Folgendes gestattet: ungehinderter Zugang zum Ort des Unfalls und zum Luftfahrzeug, Spurenaufnahme, sofortiger Zugang zum Inhalt von Flugschreibern, Zugang zu den Ergebnissen einer Untersuchung der Leichen der Opfer oder von entsprechenden Proben.
