(24) Uniform conditions of implementation should be ensured for the adoption of the Network’s work programme and for the preparation of the Network’s recommendations to the Commission on an aspect of the development and implementation of European policies and rules relating to civil aviation investigations and accident prevention and assistance to the victims of air accidents and their families.
(24) Für die Annahme des Arbeitsprogramms des Netzes sowie für die Ausarbeitung von Empfehlungen des Netzes an die Kommission zu einem Aspekt, der mit der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung der europäischen Politik und Regelung in Bezug auf die Untersuchungen und die Vermeidung vom Unfällen in der Zivilluftfahrt sowie in Bezug auf die Unterstützung für die Opfer von Flugzeugunfällen und ihre Angehörigen zusammenhängt, sollten einheitliche Durchführungsbedingungen gewährleistet werden.
