(c) any liability that arises by virtue of the holding by the institution of client assets or client money including assets or money deposited by or on behalf of UCITS as defined in Article 1(2) of Directive 2009/65/EC or of AIFs as defined in Article 4(1)(a) of Directive 2011/61/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers, or a fiduciary relationship between the institution (as fiduciary) and another person (as beneficiary);
(c) etwaige Verbindlichkeiten aus der Verwaltung von Kundenvermögen oder Kundengeldern, darunter Vermögenswerte oder Gelder, die von oder im Namen von OGAW gemäß Artikel 1 Absatz 2 der Richtlinie 2009/65/EG oder von AIF gemäß Artikel 4 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a der Richtlinie 2011/61/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 8. Juni 2011 über die Verwalter alternativer Investmentfonds hinterlegt wurden, oder aus einem Treuhandverhältnis zwischen dem Institut (als Treuhänder) und einer anderen Person (als Begünstigtem);
