5. At the time when two or more adjacent capacity calculation regions in the same synchronous area implement a capacity calculation methodology using the flow-based approach for the day-ahead or the intraday market time-frame, they shall be considered as one region for this purpose and the TSOs from this region shall submit within six months a proposal for applying a common capacity calculation methodology using the flow-based approach for the day-ahead or intraday market time-frame.
5. Wenn zwei oder mehr angrenzende Kapazitätsberechnungsregionen in demselben Synchrongebiet eine Kapazitätsberechnungsmethode auf Basis des lastflussgestützten Ansatzes für den Day-Ahead- oder für den Intraday-Marktzeitbereich anwenden, gelten sie für diesen Zweck als eine Region, und die ÜNB dieser Region übermitteln innerhalb von sechs Monaten einen Vorschlag für die Anwendung einer gemeinsamen Kapazitätsberechnungsmethode auf Basis des lastflussgestützten Ansatzes für den Day-Ahead- oder für den Intraday-Marktzeitbereich.
