Moreover, the obligation to facilitate the achievement of the Commission’s task - of ensuring compliance with the Treaty – by making available to it the documents necessary to permit inspection to ensure that the transfer of the Community’s own resources is correct does not mean that Member States may not, on a case-by-case basis and by way of exception, restrict the information sent to certain parts of a document or withhold it completely.
Zudem schließt die Verpflichtung der Mitgliedstaaten, der Kommission die Erfüllung ihrer Aufgabe, für die Beachtung des Vertrags zu sorgen, dadurch zu erleichtern, dass sie ihr die Unterlagen zur Verfügung stellen, die erforderlich sind, um zu überprüfen, ob die Eigenmittel ordnungsgemäß überwiesen wurden, nicht aus, dass die Mitgliedstaaten die Übermittlung der Informationen im Einzelfall ausnahmsweise auf bestimmte Teile eines Schriftstücks beschränken oder ganz ablehnen können.
