We made an effort at the start of this year, when everything was presented to the Barcelona Council, where there were new instructions, but I believe that it cannot be said too often, even when it is not time to submit the plans – but when we have to start drawing them up – that the European Council laid down some very clear guidelines with regard to the national employment plans, and it would be good if the States were already to make tangible forecasts and more detailed employment plans for the beginning of next year.
Wir haben schon zu Jahresbeginn Anstrengungen unternommen, es wurde alles dem Europäischen Rat von Barcelona unterbreitet, wo es neue Hinweise gab, aber ich glaube, es ist nie überflüssig zu erinnern, auch wenn die Pläne nicht vorzulegen sind – aber wenn mit ihrer Erarbeitung begonnen werden muss –, dass der Europäische Rat ganz klare Leitlinien in Bezug auf die nationalen Beschäftigungspläne ausgegeben hat und dass es für die Länder angebracht wäre, jetzt konkret einige Voraussagen zu treffen und zum Zeitpunkt der Zusammenstellung ihrer Pläne für Anfang nächsten Jahres größere Präzisierungen vorzunehmen.
