In order to streamline the approval process for small operations, the IF Committee may give its favourable opinion to proposals from the EIB for a global allocation for interest subsidies that shall subsequently, without further opinion from the IF Committee and/or the Commission, be sub-allocated by the EIB to individual projects according to criteria set out in the global allocation, including the maximum interest subsidy sub-allocation per project;
Um das Genehmigungsverfahren für weniger umfangreiche Maßnahmen zu straffen, kann der IF-Ausschuss eine befürwortende Stellungnahme zu Vorschlägen der EIB für eine Globalzuweisung für Zinsvergütungen abgeben, die anschließend ohne eine weitere Stellungnahme des IF-Ausschusses und/oder der Kommission von der EIB in Form von Teilbeträgen einzelnen Projekten nach den in der Globalzuweisung vorgesehenen Kriterien, einschließlich des Höchstbetrags dieser Teilzuweisung für Zinsvergütungen pro Projekt, zugewiesen werden;
