The components liable to affect the emission of gaseous pollutants must be designed, constructed and assembled so as to enable the motorcycle or motor tricycles, in normal use, despite the vibrations to which it may be subjected, to comply with the requirements of this Annex.
Die Fahrzeugteile, die einen Einfluß auf die Emission luftverunreinigender Gase haben können, müssen so entworfen, gebaut und angebracht sein, daß das Kraftrad oder Dreiradfahrzeug unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen und trotz eventueller Schwingungen, denen es ausgesetzt ist, den Vorschriften dieses Anhangs entspricht.
