Where, in the case referred to in point (a) of the first subparagraph, the group supervisor is not one of the supervisory authorities of the Member State in which the insurance holding company or mixed financial holding company has its head office, the group supervisor shall inform those supervisory authorities of its findings with a view to enabling them to take the necessary measures.
Handelt es sich in dem in Unterabsatz 1 Buchstabe a genannten Fall bei der für die Gruppenaufsicht zuständigen Behörde nicht um eine der Aufsichtsbehörden des Mitgliedstaats, in dem die Versicherungsholdinggesellschaft oder die gemischte Finanzholdinggesellschaft ihren Sitz hat, so teilt die für die Gruppenaufsicht zuständige Behörde diesen Aufsichtsbehörden ihre Erkenntnisse mit, damit diese die notwendigen Maßnahmen einleiten können.
