...[+++]r ergänzen: - Weitere Verbesserung des Lebensstandards der Kleinbauern der Kantone Osa und Golfito durch organisatorische Unterstützung und durch Bereitstellung von technischen und finanziellen Mitteln, mit denen sie eine erwerbsorientierte Landwirtschaft betreiben können, die dauerhaft in die Wirtschaftskreisläufe des Landes integriert ist. - Unterstützung der vom Staat in dieser Region durchgeführten Bodenreformprogramme mit dem Ziel, die Betriebe der Empfänger in den aussichtsreichen Perimetern zu stabilisieren und die durch die Landknappheit bedingten Konflikte zu verringern. - Beitrag zum Schutz der Umwelt, der natürlichen Ressourcen und der geschützten Landschaftsräume durch Förderung alternativer Produktionen und Anwendung umweltfreundlicher Techniken.
