(3b) "Sitz": der Sitz eines Unternehmens, wenn und soweit es als Zahlungsdienstleister auftritt, ist neben dem eingetragenen Ort der Hauptrepräsentanz jeder Ort einer Niederlassung, Zweigstelle, Außenstelle, Annahmestelle oder Filiale, die es unterhält, und jeder Ort, an dem ein Vertreter des Unternehmens als dessen Repräsentant seine Geschäftsadresse unter der Firma des Unternehmens unterhält.
