Die Mitgliedstaaten stellen sicher, dass ein AIFM, sobald er, allein oder zusammen mit anderen AIFM handelnd, an einem oder mehreren von ihm verwalteten AIF 10 %, 20 %, 30 % oder 50 % der Stimmrechte von Emittenten oder nicht börsennotierten Unternehmen hält, dem Emittenten oder dem nicht börsennotierten Unternehmen, deren Arbeitnehmervertretern bzw. – wenn es keine Arbeitnehmervertreter gibt – den Arbeitnehmern selbst, der zuständigen Stelle des AIFM und der zuständigen Behörde des Mitgliedstaats, in dem der Emittent oder das nicht börsennotierte Unternehmen ansässig ist, die in Absatz 2 genannten Angaben übermittelt.
