Support should therefore be focused on the core network and on projects of common interest in the field of
traffic management systems, in particular the air traffic management systems resulting from the new-generation European air traffic management system (the SESAR system), which require Union budgetary resources of about EUR 3 000 million, as well as the Intelligent Transport System (ITS), Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Informati
on Systems (VTMIS), River Information Services (RIS) and the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERT
...[+++]MS).
Die Unterstützung sollte sich daher auf das Kernnetz und auf die Vorhaben von gemeinsamem Interesse im Bereich der Verkehrsmanagementsysteme, insbesondere die Flugverkehrsmanagementsysteme, die sich aus der neuen Generation des Europäischen Luftverkehrsmanagementsystems (dem SESAR System) ergeben und Haushaltsmittel der Union von rund 3 000 Mio. EUR erfordern, auf Intelligente Transportsysteme (ITS), Überwachungs- und Informationssysteme für den Schiffsverkehr (VTMIS), Binnenschifffahrtsinformationsdienste (RIS) und das Europäische System für das Eisenbahnverkehrsmanagement (ERTMS) konzentrieren.
