These arrangements cover i.a. the improvement of the coordination of EU/WEU consultation and decision making processes, in particular in crisis situations, the holding of joint meetings of the relevant bodies of the two organisations, the harmonisation as much as possible of the sequence of the Presidencies of the WEU and the EU as well as their administrative rules and practices, the close coordination of the work of the staff of the General Secretariats of the two organisations, etc.
Die Regelungen betreffen u.a. die Verbesserung der Koordinierung, der Konsultation und der Beschlußfassung zwischen der EU und der WEU insbesondere in Krisensituationen, gemeinsame Sitzungen der zuständigen Gremien beider Organisationen, weitestmögliche Harmonisierung der Abfolge der Vorsitze von WEU und EU sowie der Verwaltungsregelungen und -praktiken beider Organisationen, die enge Koordinierung der Tätigkeiten des Personals des WEU-Generalsekretariats und des Generalsekretariats des Rates der EU usw.
