55. Underlines that no immunity, as recognised under Article 41, paragraph 2, of the Vienna Convention of 18 April 1961 on Diplomatic Relations, should ever afford the possibility of impunity for any individual accused of war crimes, crimes against humanity or genocide, and is concerned about the fact that some regions of the world are still severely under-represented within the group of countries that have signed and ratified the Rome ICC Statute;
55. unterstreicht, dass trotz der gemäß Artikel 41 Absatz 2 des Wiener Übereinkommens vom 18. April 1961 über diplomatische Beziehungen gewährten Immunität niemals eine Person ohne Verfahren davonkommen darf, die beschuldigt wird, Kriegsverbrechen, Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit oder Völkermord verübt zu haben, und ist besorgt über die Tatsache, dass einige Regionen in der Welt innerhalb der Gruppe der Länder, die das Römische ICC-Statut unterzeichnet und ratifiziert haben, noch sehr unterrepräsentiert sind;
