In its Report 32 on the harmonisation of the 800 MHz band, the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications (CEPT) noted the importance for PMSE equipment users of interleaved channels, or white spaces, in the 470-790 MHz band range, and insisted on maintaining access to that spectrum primarily for PMSE applications that require a certain level of protection.
In ihrem Bericht 32 über die Harmonisierung des 800-MHz-Bands wies die Europäische Konferenz der Verwaltungen für Post und Telekommunikation (CEPT) darauf hin, wie wichtig regional begrenzte und durch den Rundfunk nicht nutzbare Frequenzen (White Spaces) im Frequenzbereich 470-790 MHz für Nutzer von PMSE-Ausrüstungen sind, und bestand auf der Aufrechterhaltung des Zugangs zu diesem Frequenzbereich, insbesondere für PMSE-Anwendungen, die einen gewissen Schutz erfordern.
