Recalls that the Financial Regulation (FR) and its Rules of Application (RAP), which came into force on 1 January 2013, lay down the information to be provided to the budgetary authority and to the public concerning the award of contracts by the institution; notes that the new FR requires to publish the contracts awarded with a value of more than EUR 15 000 (as against EUR 25 000 previously), a value that corresponds to the new threshold above which a competitive tendering became compulsory;
102. verweist darauf, dass in der Haushaltsordnung und ihren Anwendungsbestimmungen, die am 1. Januar 2013 in Kraft traten, festgelegt ist, welche Informationen der Haushaltsbehörde und der Öffentlichkeit hinsichtlich der Vergabe von Aufträgen durch das Organ geliefert werden müssen; stellt fest, dass nach der neuen Haushaltsordnung vergebene Aufträge mit einem Auftragswert von über 15 000 EUR (gegenüber früher 25 000 EUR) veröffentlicht werden müssen, wobei dieser Wert dem neuen Schwellenwert entspricht, über dem eine Ausschreibung verbindlich vorgeschrieben ist;
