However, in view both of the social aspect of the annual subsidies that were paid in order to enable GAV to recruit and train disadvantaged persons and the importance of the new sorting-depot (built as part of the implementation of a restructuring plan) to the continuation of GAV's social activities and the fact that the aid was not misused for the purposes of aggressive market behaviour, the Commission concludes that trading conditions are not adversely affected to an extent contrary to the common interest.
Jedoch, unter Berücksichtigung sowohl des sozialen Aspektes der jährlichen Zuschüsse, die gezahlt wurden, um der GAV die Einstellung und Schulung der benachteiligten Personen zu ermöglichen, als auch der Bedeutung der neuen Halle - errichtet im Rahmen der Umsetzung eines Umstrukturierungsplanes - für die Fortführung der sozialen Aktivitäten der GAV und der Tatsache, daß die Beihilfen nicht zu marktaggressivem Verhalten mißbraucht wurden, gelangt die Kommission zu der Schlußfolgerung, daß die Handelsbedingungen nicht in einer Weise beeinträchtigt werden, die dem gemeinsamen Interesse zuwiderläuft.
