Notes that there had been positive developments in the humanitarian aspects of the situation; in areas such as family reunification, assessing damaged structures, and providing food, medical aid and emergency shelter, clean up programmes as well as attempts to stimulate the economy and create jobs;
2. stellt fest, dass es positive Entwicklungen bei den humanitären Aspekten der Situation gegeben hat und zwar in Bereichen wie Zusammenführung von Familien, Bewertung zerstörter Strukturen sowie Bereitstellung von Lebensmitteln, medizinischer Versorgung und Notunterkünften, Aufräumprogrammen wie auch Versuche, die Wirtschaft anzukurbeln und Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen;
