The Commission took note of the restructuring measures that are linked to the aid; as a consequence operating cost as well as financial cost will be reduced, thus making Härjedalens' enriched peat briquettes a competitive alternative to imported fuels, notably coal.
Die Kommission nahm außerdem die in Verbindung mit der Beihilfe zu treffenden Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen zur Kenntnis; im Ergebnis werden dadurch sowohl die Betriebskosten als auch die Finanzierungskosten reduziert, so daß Härjedalens angereicherte Torfbriketts eine wettbewerbsfähige Alternative zu eingeführten Brennstoffen, insbesondere Kohle, darstellen.
