38b'. integrated operational airspace' means the controlled airspace with defined dimensions encompassing the European and, subject to appropriate arrangements, neighbouring third countries' airspace where dynamic allocation structure and time-sharing, performance-enhanced controller resources, fully interoperable air navigation services and combined solutions are employed in order to address the optimal, predictable and safe use of the airspace for the accomplishment of the Single European Sky;
38b. „integriert betriebener Luftraum“ bezeichnet den kontrollierten Luftraum mit festgelegten Abmessungen, der den europäischen Luftraum umfasst sowie, vorbehaltlich entsprechender Vereinbarungen, den Luftraum von Drittländern, in dem eine dynamische Zuordnungsstruktur und Zeitzuteilung, leistungsgesteigerte Fluglotsendienste, vollständig interoperable Flugsicherungsdienste und kombinierte Lösungen eingesetzt werden, um eine optimale, vorhersehbare und sichere Nutzung des Luftraums im Hinblick auf die Verwirklichung des einheitlichen europäischen Luftraums zu ermöglichen;
