A. whereas Xylella is a highly dangerous immediate threat to the production of certain crops, including olive, almond and peach trees, in addition to ornamental plants, and a potential threat to other crops, such as grapevines and citrus trees, and has led to devastating losses, with significant economic, environmental and social consequences;
A. in der Erwägung, dass das Bakterium Xylella eine sehr große, unmittelbare Gefahr für den Anbau bestimmter Kulturen, darunter Oliven-, Mandel- und Pfirsichbäume, sowie von Zierpflanzen darstellt, auch für den Anbau etwa von Weinreben und Zitrusfrüchten potenziell gefährlich ist und zu verheerenden Verlusten mit erheblichen Folgen für Wirtschaft, Umwelt und Gesellschaft geführt hat;
