3. betont die Notwendigkeit, den schulischen Lehrplan außerdem durch Informationen über die insbesondere lokale gastronomische Kultur, die Vorbereitung, Verarbeitung, Konservierung und den Vertrieb von Lebensmitteln, ihre soziokulturellen Einflüsse und die Rechte der Verbraucher zu bereichern; fordert die Mitgliedstaaten nachdrücklich auf, Workshops in ihre Lehrpläne aufzunehmen, die auf die Entfaltung der Sinne, insbesondere des Geschmacks, in Verbindung mit dem Nährwert von Lebensmitteln und dem regionalen und nationalen gastronomischen Erbe ausgerichtet sind;
