1. Where a beverage which is intended for consumption without modification, or after reconstitution of the concentrated or dried product, contains caffeine, from whatever source, in a proportion in excess of 150 mg/l, the following message must appear on the label in the same field of vision as the name under which the product is sold: "High caffeine content".
(1) Enthält ein Getränk, das zur Aufnahme in unverarbeitetem Zustand oder nach Rekonstitution des konzentrierten oder dehydrierten Erzeugnisses vorgesehen ist, Koffein aus beliebiger Quelle in einer Menge, die 150 mg/l übersteigt, so muss die Etikettierung folgende Angabe im selben Sichtfeld wie die Verkehrsbezeichnung des Getränks enthalten: "Erhöhter Koffeingehalt".
