These allegations concerned the acquisition at a low price of the land on which the park is built, expenditure on the park borne by Parque Temático de Alicante SA (a public company involved in the project), failure to comply with the private investor principle, syndicated loans and capital contributions to Terra Mítica SA (private company which is the titular owner of the park), staff training aid and direct regional aid.
Die diesbezüglichen Beschwerdepunkte betrafen insbesondere den preisgünstigen Erwerb von Grundstücken, auf denen der Park errichtet wurde, Ausgaben für den Park, die von Parque Temático de Alicante S.A (einer am Projekt beteiligten staatlichen Gesellschaft) übernommen wurden, die Nichtbefolgung des Privatinvestorgrundsatzes, Konsortialdarlehen und Kapitalzuführungen an Terra Mítica S.A (eine private Gesellschaft, die Inhaberin des Parks ist), Ausbildungsbeihilfen für das Personal und direkte Regionalbeihilfen.
