Interest rate swaps that are not cleared through a central clearing counterparty shall be individually revalued and, if necessary, translated into euro at the currency spot rate. It is recommended that unrealised losses taken to the profit and loss account at the year-end should be amortised in subsequent years, that in the case of forward interest rate swaps the amortisation should begin from the value date of the transaction and that the amortisation should be linear.
Es wird empfohlen, dass nicht realisierte, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung am Jahresende erfasste Verluste in den Folgejahren amortisiert werden, dass im Falle von Forward-Zinsswaps die Amortisierung am Tag der Wertstellung der Transaktion beginnt und dass die Amortisierung linear erfolgt.
