3a. Where the export summary declaration is lodged by a person other than the operator of the means of transport by which the goods leave Community customs territory, that operator shall, within the time limit referred to in Article 186, point (c), lodge with the appropriate customs office a notification of departure in the form of a manifest, a dispatch note or a load sheet containing the information required in order to enable all the goods transported which are to be covered by an export summary declaration to be identified.
(3a) Wenn die summarische Ausgangsanmeldung von einer anderen Person als dem Betreiber des Verkehrsmittels abgegeben wird, auf dem die Waren aus dem Zollgebiet der Gemeinschaft verbracht werden, muss dieser Betreiber innerhalb der in Artikel 186 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c genannten Fristen bei der zuständigen Zollstelle eine Ausgangsbestätigung in Form eines Manifests, eines Frachtbriefs oder einer Ladeliste abgeben, die die erforderlichen Angaben für die Identifizierung aller verbrachten Waren enthält, die Gegenstand einer summarischen Ausgangsanmeldung sein müssen.
