in the case of a product containing aluminium phosphide, calcium phosphide, magnesium phosphide, cymoxanil, dodemorph, 2,5-dichlorobenzoic acid methylester, metamitron, sulcotrione, tebuconazole or triadimenol as one of several active substances, where necessary, amend or withdraw the authorisation by 28 February 2014 or by the date fixed for such an amendment or withdrawal in the respective Directive or Directives which added the relevant substance or substances to Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC, whichever is the latest.
enthält das Pflanzenschutzmittel Aluminiumphosphid, Calciumphosphid, Magnesiumphosphid, Cymoxanil, Dodemorph, 2,5-Dichlorbenzoesäuremethylester, Metamitron, Sulcotrion, Tebuconazol oder Triadimenol als einen von mehreren Wirkstoffen, so wird die Zulassung gegebenenfalls bis zum 28. Februar 2014 oder bis zu dem Datum geändert oder widerrufen, das die Richtlinie bzw. Richtlinien, durch die der betreffende Wirkstoff in Anhang I der Richtlinie 91/414/EWG aufgenommen wurde, für die Änderung bzw. den Widerruf festlegen; maßgebend ist das späteste Datum.
