Practices which consist of blending foodstuffs containing concentrations above those permitted by the rules on maximum permitted levels of radioactive contamination in food and feed with uncontaminated or mildly contaminated foodstuffs, so as to obtain a product that complies with these rules, shall not be authorised.
Die Vermengung von Nahrungsmitteln, bei denen nach Maßgabe der Vorschriften über Höchstwerte der radioaktiven Kontamination von Nahrungs- und Futtermitteln zu hohe Konzentrationen gegeben sind, mit nicht oder kaum kontaminierten Nahrungsmitteln zum Zweck der Herstellung von Erzeugnissen, bei denen diese Vorschriften eingehalten werden, ist unzulässig.
