This product group will not include textiles treated with biocidal products, except where those biocidal products are included in Annex IA to Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (4), where this substance confers to the textiles additional properties directly aiming at protecting human health (e.g. biocidal products added to textile nets and clothing to repel mosquitoes and fleas, mites or allergens) and where the active substance is authorised for the use in question according to Annex V to Directive 98/8/EC.
Diese Produktgruppe umfasst keine mit Biozidprodukten behandelten Textilien; eine Ausnahme besteht nur dann, wenn die betreffenden Biozidprodukte in Anhang IA der Richtlinie 98/8/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates (4) genannt sind, wenn der betreffende Stoff den Textilien zusätzliche Eigenschaften verleiht, die unmittelbar dem Schutz der menschlichen Gesundheit dienen (z. B. Biozidprodukte, die Textilnetzen und Bekleidung zugesetzt werden, um Stechmücken und Flöhe, Milben und Allergene zu bekämpfen), und wenn der betreffende Wirkstoff gemäß Anhang V der Richtlinie 98/8/EG für die jeweilige Verwendung zugelassen ist.
