pecify the types of national legal persons that may convert into the European
legal personality and it may withhold its agreement to acquisition of
legal personality under the present Regulation until adequate guarantees are provided, in particular, for the legality of the statutes of the applicant under the laws of that Member State or for the protection of creditors or holders of other rights in respect of any pre-existing national

Der Mitgliedstaat, in dem sich der Sitz befindet, kann die Arten nationaler juristischer Personen bestimmen, die in eine europäische Rechtspersönlichkeit gemäß der vorliegenden Verordnung umgewandelt werden können, bis angemessene Garantien geschaffen werden, insbesondere, was die Rechtmäßigkeit der Satzung des Antragstellers gemäß den Rechtsvorschriften dieses Mitgliedstaats oder den Schutz von Gläubigern oder Inhabern anderer Rechte in Bezug auf eine zuvor bestehende nationale Rechtspersönlichkeit anbelangt.
